Solaris Funding offers two programs. One is for Primary Residences in the state of Maryland. We will entertain primary residences with a maximum LTV of 65%. We are flexible with income calculations; however, the client MUST demonstrate an ability to repay the loan and the borrower must be receiving a Net Tangible Benefit.
